Manager, Human Resource Management Division Education: BA in Human Resource Management/ Management or related Experience: 7 years of relevant experience preferably in bank; 2 of which at senior positions Competency: • Comprehensive knowledge of the principles and practices of Human Resource Management; • Comprehensive knowledge of the Labor Law and Company HRM policies and procedures; • Ability to study and analyze labor market situations; • Ability to form teams and maintain harmonious human relations; • Basic computer application skills. Human Resource Officer Education: BA in Human Resource Management/ Management or related Experience: 2 years of experience in human resource management Competency: • Knowledge of HRM principles and practices; • Knowledge of the labor law and company HRM policies and procedures; • Knowledge of induction and training programs coordination; • Good oral and written communication skills; • Ability to work in a team environment; • Basic computer application skills. Customer Service Officer Education: B.A. Degree in Accounting/Management/ Economics or related fields Experience: 1 year of relevant banking experience Competency: • Knowledge of banking principles and practices; • Knowledge of cash management practices of banks; • Good knowledge of cash management policies and procedures of the Bank; • Basic computer application skills.
