Responsibility

• Manages the overall Information Technology and e-banking operation of the bank on a proactive and timely basis. • Manages and trains staff; employs and oversees the work of consultants and vendors. • Establishes Information Technology goals in consultation with Information Technology team and e-Banking Team, monitor system capabilities, and tracking future Information Technology trends and innovations. • Evaluates software and hardware issues; prepare feasibility studies and cost estimates, recommend priority level of service requests, acquisitions and upgrades requested by end users. • Directs and leads the Ad-hoc committee for the acquisition of software and hardware technologies, negotiate purchase agreements, service contracts, and leases with contractors and vendors as appropriates. • Develops the Information Technology operating and capital budget and manages expenditures within the approved budget. • Manages the Bank’s Wide Area Network and application for security, stability and maximum up-time. • Assures that systems are designed to meet future needs and maintains knowledge of new technological developments, company policies, and procedures controlling new system development or maintenance of existing systems. • Manages the installation of all new software, including new software releases, and hardware projects collaboratively with all Information Technology team. • Recommends and implements policies, procedures, and standards related to the Information Technology and E-banking systems. • Develops measures to evaluate and measure the Information System effectiveness and efficiency. • Facilitates the development and implementation of new products/services related with core Banking and e- Banking systems. • Ensures effective application of performance management tools, • Targets and monitoring achievement of results. • Represents the Information Technology of the Bank in any event related with the Bank. • Monitors and evaluates current Information Technology process and programs to ensure maximum services delivery. • Responsible for communication and interpretation of Information Technology and E-Banking policies and procedures. • Manages and supervises employees under his/her supervision • Assist, coaches and train his/her subordinates • Evaluates the performance of his/her subordinates periodically • Performs other duties assigned to him/her by the supervisor


Job Requirments

• BSC Degree in Civil / Building Engineering or construction Management or related field of study • Six years of relevant experience. Experience in similar project is advantageous • Considerable knowledge of Project Management on Construction • Considerable knowledge of statistical methods • Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS project
